Our property features a clubhouse with full kitchen and two full bathrooms with showers. We also provide two sets of washers and dryers in our laundry room.
The clubhouse is the center of our community and has a TV lounge well-suited for evening movies or sporting events as well as doubling for dinner and party space. There is usually a jigsaw puzzle in play and often various board and card games in progress. We also have Wi-Fi internet access for the clubhouse and a remote transmitter for the dock spaces.
The second floor of the clubhouse features a spacious guest apartment (for Members only) for family and friends when they visit or for Members to stay in when they haul out. The apartment also has a complete kitchen with a spectacular view of the Florida Bay! It is adjoined by a common area ideal for hosting family gatherings. There is a bedroom and ample additional beds available to accommodate up to 6 people. The bathroom facilities are split with separate dual sinks and a roomy shower/toilet.
Unique to Harbour Cay Club (and available for Members only) is a well-appointed workshop. There are several floor power tools and plenty of work bench room for any improvements or maintenance for your boat. Many hand tools are provided for community use. Individual storage lockers are provided for personal tools and other items from your boat. Just adjacent to the workshop is a large capacity ice machine for members and guests.
The remaining grounds feature breathtaking sunsets from the Tiki Hut and several propane grills stationed strategically around the property. There is a shuffleboard court very popular for our hotly contested tournament just prior to the Super Bowl Game each year. There is a spacious lanai for outside events and a potting area for the green thumbs.
